Condensed Conference

Condensed Conference for More Touchpoints

At Regional Conferences, our smaller footprint with only one to two CME rooms ensures more touchpoints per attendee for your brand than a traditional conference. With limited paths to access key components of the conference, attendees are in the Product Forum—our scaled-down Exhibit Hall—throughout the day.

Limited Number

Limited Number of Sponsors

With an average of fourteen sponsors per Regional Conference, Product Forums are ideal for quality time with primary care clinicians.

Unopposed Product

Unopposed Product Forum Hours

Scheduled breaks within the curriculum allow clinicians time to explore the Product Forum and meet with you. The Product Forum is also strategically located close to CME session rooms to take advantage of highly trafficked pathways to drive the most clinicians possible to your tabletop or kiosk.
