Register your booth personnel and order your lead retrieval devices through our exclusive registration vendor, Convention Data Services (CDS).
Early Bird Discount Deadline: Thursday, March 10, 2022
You can register staff onsite and throughout the conference at Exhibitor Registration located in Hall D. Registered exhibitors will receive an email from our registration vendor CDS with a personalized username and password.
Don’t forget: if you purchased a booth package or turnkey booth, your lead retrieval device is included.
In partnership with onPeak, we’ve secured discounted rates at a selection of Houston hotels. Through onPeak we’re able to offer you convenient and affordable options for your trip to Pri-Med West. onPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by Pri-Med West, and we encourage you to book through them early for the best selection and price.
Note: onPeak is the only official hotel provider associated with Pri-Med. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering hotels for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the conference, and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences and is not protected by event management.
Pri-Med does not have a limit on number of exhibitor badges.
When is the deadline to register for exhibitor badges?
You can register your badge(s) online in advance of the conference through Pri-Med’s registration vendor CDS or onsite at Exhibitor Registration. There is no deadline to register.
Am I required to carpet my exhibit space?
Yes, carpet is required for all booth space at all Pri-Med conferences.
Does my booth come with electric?
No, the booth does not come with electric. To order electrical services, please visit the online ordering system to place your order.
What is included in my booth space?
Inline and perimeter booths include back and side drape as well as a 7”x 44” ID sign that includes your exhibitor name and booth number.
What is included in the Booth Package?
The booth package includes carpet, two chairs, one 6’ drape table, one wastebasket, and one lead retrieval device.
Are children allowed on the exhibit floor?
Children over the age of two are not permitted at the conference. Accommodations will be made for new mothers.
COVID-19 Health and Safety
Pri-Med wants to ensure we’re a safe educational environment that meets all needs, especially those related to the health of our communities.
We are monitoring the impact of COVID-19, including any changes to city and state guidelines, as we continue to seek guidance from conference management professionals, local safety officials, and public health experts on implementing precautions to conduct safe meetings.
At this time, we will be hosting the conference as planned.
Pri-Med is following the California Department of Public Health’s guidance for health and safety protocols. Attendees, exhibitors, and staff are strongly recommended to be vaccinated and wear masks. Latest event guidelines for health and safety measures in Anaheim can be found here.
