Registration & Lead Retrieval
Register your booth personnel and order your lead retrieval devices through our exclusive registration vendor, Convention Data Services (CDS).
Early Bird Discount Deadline: Monday, February 26, 2024
You can register staff onsite and throughout the conference at Exhibitor Registration located in Hall B3, level three. Registered exhibitors will receive an email from our registration vendor CDS with a personalized username and password.
Don’t forget: if you purchased a booth package or turnkey booth, your lead retrieval device is included.

Through onPeak we’re able to offer you convenient and affordable options for your trip to Pri-Med Southwest. onPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by Pri-Med Southwest, and we encourage you to book through them early for the best selection and price.
Note: onPeak is the only official hotel provider associated with Pri-Med. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering hotels for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the conference, and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences and is not protected by event management.

Transportation
Public Parking
Move-in exhibitors may enter through the North Ramp (Third Level Ramp is accessed from the Chartres Street before Texas Avenue) to drop off at the loading docks. Once drop off is complete, exhibitors will need to find parking at a nearby garage (view GRB Parking Map for garage locations) and enter the GRB through the main doors.
Avenida Central and Avenida North are the closest parking garages to Halls A and B on the third level.
Approved Vendors
Pri-Med maintains an official list of vendors and partners. Companies not on this list are not in any way affiliated with the conference.

Pri-Med upholds moral and ethical expectations that exhibitors should adhere to when interacting with peers and fellow exhibitors.

Pri-Med consults with conference management professionals, local safety officials, and public health experts to ensure a safe learning environment.
FAQ
How many exhibitor badges am I allowed?
Pri-Med does not have a limit on number of exhibitor badges.
When is the deadline to register for exhibitor badges?
You can register your badge(s) online in advance of the conference through Pri-Med’s registration vendor CDS or onsite at Exhibitor Registration. There is no deadline to register.
Am I required to carpet my exhibit space?
Yes, carpet is required for all booth space at all Pri-Med conferences.
Does my booth come with electric?
No, the booth does not come with electric. To order electrical services, please visit the online ordering system to place your order.
What is included in my booth space?
Inline and perimeter booths include back and side drape as well as a 7”x 44” ID sign that includes your exhibitor name and booth number.
What is included in the Booth Package?
The booth package includes carpet, two chairs, one 6’ drape table, one wastebasket, and one lead retrieval device.
Are children allowed on the exhibit floor?
Children over the age of two are not permitted at the conference. Accommodations will be made for new parents.
